Description

An early German china head doll with the covered wagon hairstyle. Possibly made by Kister in the mid 1800's. She measures slightly under 13 inches. Her china head and shoulders have a pink tint. She has a hairline crack running down one side of the front shoulder plate. She also has a rough spot on her nose. Her cloth body and clothing show age discoloration. The upper cloth section of her legs may be replaced, otherwise the body looks original. Her handmade clothing includes skirt, blouse, slip, pantaloons, stockings and shoes. Her slip is sewn at her waist so unable to remove for photos. Please email any questions.
