Vehicle Details
Chrysler 300 SRT8, 2006. This build was custom, not from a kit. Half of the roof was removed, the rear doors were reinforced and welded shut, next a steel framework was designed to the correct form, then 18 gauge sheet metal panels were cut, shaped and butt welded to the framework and the cut lines. I have included a few pics of others that I've built in different stages of the process. This build started out with a great, clean carfax car. The trunk is fully functional. The interior is very nice, stock, and where the transition between OEM and custom merge you'd be hard pressed to think it didn't come from the factory as a true 2 seater. Everything works as it should. New OEM brakes, new high performance tires-- factory stock 425HP 6.1 Hemi. Runs, drives strong. I know it's not a 1969, yup, it's a 2006 SRT8.
